By using this website, you agree unconditionally to the terms outlined in this policy.

For convenience, the content of this website and the terms of use are written in the masculine form but apply equally to all genders. Any reference in the singular also includes the plural, as applicable.

The website is owned by A.S. Naymark Ltd. (Company No. 516890407) (hereinafter: “the Company”).
This website serves as an e-commerce platform offering, among other things, a variety of products for sale (hereinafter: “the Products”).

Customer service is available via phone at 03-5431756 or by email through the "Contact Us" page on the website, Sunday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 15:00.

Use of this website and its contents, services, and information is subject to these terms of use and the laws of the State of Israel.

The website and its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of the website is limited solely to browsing, purchasing, and selling products. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or display any part of the website or its content without prior written approval from the Company.

You may not replicate, publish, market, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the website.

The domain, the website itself, and all intellectual property displayed on it—including trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, and all other brand assets of A.S. Naymark—are the exclusive property of the Company. This includes all data and databases and any operational components. Access to the website does not grant any license or right to use these assets.

All products displayed on the website are either the intellectual property of the Company or used with the permission of third parties.

Any individual or entity performing any action on the website, including purchasing (hereinafter: “the Customer”), confirms that they have read and agree to these terms of use.

The Customer declares they are legally eligible to make binding legal actions. If under the age of 18, the Customer must inform their legal guardian of these terms and receive approval prior to using the website.

The Customer agrees that all purchases on the website are subject to these terms, and neither the Company nor its employees, representatives, or affiliates shall bear responsibility beyond what is explicitly stated here.

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall be in effect. Any action taken after publication will be subject to the updated version.

Section titles are for convenience only and do not serve as legal interpretations.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the website's activity at any time without prior notice. Orders placed before the termination date will be handled according to these terms.

These terms apply to all access to the website, whether via desktop, mobile phone, tablet, handheld device, or any other internet-enabled device, as well as through any communication network.

The server records of the website will serve as sufficient evidence of any activity carried out by the Customer.

To place an order on the website, the Customer must register and provide required personal details for shipping and payment processing.

By registering, the Customer agrees to join the A.S. Naymark customer club and consents to the storage and use of their information in accordance with this policy.

The Customer agrees to indemnify the Company for any damage caused by providing false or misleading information or interfering with the website's operation. In cases where incorrect details result in a need for additional shipping, the Customer will bear the extra shipping and handling costs.

Any request to modify the size of a product must be coordinated with customer service and approved. Round-trip shipping costs will be the responsibility of the Customer.

Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only.

Shipping Times & Conditions:

Delivery within 3–7 business days from the time of order confirmation. Final order confirmation will be given within 24 hours of order placement (Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays are not considered business days).

Products are delivered via courier to the Customer’s home (within 3 business days, excluding the day of dispatch).

Urgent deliveries will be coordinated by phone.

Order Cancellation & Return Policy:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and undamaged (excluding defective items).

Items must be returned in their original packaging. No refund will be given for express shipping fees. Returns via courier from the Customer will incur a ₪50 fee.

Cancellation fee: 5% of the total transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower.

Customer service will coordinate any exchange/return or refund as required, in accordance with Israeli law. Please note that the outcome of the cancellation is subject to Section 14C of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

The Company reserves the right to cancel an order in part or in full under the following circumstances:

Errors in product description or pricing.

Product is out of stock.

Order was made in violation of these terms or any applicable law.

Outstanding debt to the Company.

Credit card used was blocked or restricted.

In such cases, the Customer will be notified, and any charges already made will be refunded.

Jewelry Warranty:

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and is valid under the following conditions:

Jewelry was kept under reasonable conditions and according to care instructions.

Jewelry was not exposed to acidic substances or cleaning agents.

No repairs or modifications were made by the Customer or third parties.

Warranty does not cover damage, tears, or breakage due to misuse or failure to follow the care guidelines.

Warranty does not cover loss or theft.

The Company is not responsible for damage or loss of the central diamond.
